Wine Chicken Breast Recipe


Wine seems to go really well with chicken and they taste even better when you cook them together. This wine chicken breast recipe uses white wine and it's really up to you if you want to use skinless chicken breasts or just leave the skin on because you can always remove the skin before serving or eating them...




Ingredients:


  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • some paprika
  • some fresh parsley, chopped
  • some vegetable oil

Instructions:


1. In a bowl, add in the chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper.


2. Preheat the skillet and add in the vegetable oil. Saute the chicken breasts on both sides.


3. Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking dish and sprinkle some paprika over them.


4. In a bowl, add in the mushroom soup and white wine. Mix well and pour them over the chicken breasts and add in the mushrooms.


5. Preheat the oven at 350°F (176°C). Cover the baking dish and bake it for 50 minutes.


6. Remove the cover and add in the almonds then bake it for another 10 more minutes.


7. Before serving, garnish the top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
