Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe


Grilling is also another healthy way to cook chicken breast and it is definitely healthier than other cooking methods such as deep frying which uses a lot of oil. The grilled chicken breast recipe below uses a marinade that is made of lemon juice, mustard, worcestershire sauce and other spices so be sure to spread the marinade on both sides of the chicken breasts before grilling them. For better flavor and taste, grill them over fine mesquite chips.




Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and bonned
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Instructions:


1. In a bowl, add in the lemon juice, garlic, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Combine and whisk well.


2. Add in the chicken breasts and make sure that they are coated well on both sides.


3. Grill the chicken breasts once then brush them occasionally with the marinade.


4. Grill until both sides of the chicken breasts are firm and opaque.


5. Serve and enjoy.
