Chicken Breast And Rice Recipe


When you combine chicken and rice together, you will get a complete meal with all the necessary protein, carbohydrate, minerals and vitamins. No matter how you cook them, they will taste absolutely wonderful. The chicken breast and rice recipe below will require that you cook your rice first before baking the chicken breast dish in an oven. If you have never cooked rice before, you can do so easily with an electric rice cooker.




Ingredients:


  • 4 chicken breasts, split, bonned and skinned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • rice, cooked
  • butter
  • garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


1. First of all, preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).


2. Arrange the chicken breasts in a casserole then season them with salt and pepper.


3. Coat each of them with a little butter then sprinkle some garlic over them.


4. In a bowl, add in the chicken soup and milk. Combine and mix well then pour this mixture over the chicken breasts.


5. Bake the chicken breasts for 90 minutes at 350°F (177°C).


6. Serve with cooked rice. Enjoy!
